Cathe Perfect 30 Perfect Pump: Upper Body + Extended Stretch

(I modify to my own level and my max is 8 lb dumbbells; I also modify and just do straight pushups)

I did the same workout, except without the extended stretch. My max was 10 for one of the exercises, and 5's, 8's and 3's for the rest, so I'm right there with you. This was my first time doing this workout and I really liked it! It's perfect (no pun intended) for where I'm at right now.
