Horizontal Conditioning
I stumbled across this site yesterday evening. Have any of you heard of these DVD's? It is A LOT OF PLANK STYLE moves and I wanted to share for those that like plank work. Well, I was tempted enough to put the Beginner one in my cart, but it's a 30ish min dvd (which I don't mind!) for $20... and shipping is $6 (which I do mind).
I'll pass... |

Thanks, Tiny!!! That's all I need is more enabling. I absolutely love plank work. I want to buy the works minus the book. I saw that the Bootcamp DVD is just over an hour. Those are my kind of workouts. Plank heaven!!!

Am I the only one who thought this DVD might be a follow up to the "Look Great Naked" workouts?
