I wish Cathe would . . .

Remake STS in a more feminine style - I love the workouts but I don't like the guys and the music and the feel of working out in a gym - gym weight rooms always seem like male territory - I can almost smell the man sweat when doing STS Of course I know she's not going to remake the same workouts, but I wish. . .

I was so happy when I got Shock Cardio and it was back to just the girls and Cathe's more usual style of music.

1. Anyone agree?

2. What do YOU wish Cathe would do next?

I ended up trading or selling all of STS Strength and Cardio, so obviously I didn't like it for a variety of reasons.

I wish Cathe would do an updated version of CTX. Short, well-cued cardio in a variety of styles with 10-15 minutes of weight work on the end that can be mixed and matched. CTX is still one of my favorites and gets a lot of use when I am on a Cathe kick.

But it has to have the same vibe, recognizable music and happiness of the Body Blast or Intensity series. Whatever she comes up with next, that's going to determine if I order.

I wish she'd do some rebounding workouts. It's highly unlikely since she doesn't offer it at her gym, but I can still dream.

I can take STS as it is, but I wish it had fewer discs with premixes instead of a separate disc for each day. Maybe that way I could afford it.

Okay, so I'm beating a dead horse with this request, but I wish Cathe would include modifiers in her workouts. So many instructors do this (Tony Horton in P90X, Chalene in both CLX and Turbo Fire, KCM in her 30 minutes series to name a few) and it does not detract from the 'seriousness' or 'advanced' nature of the workouts. She could grow her audience so much with this simple thing. It still boggles my mind how she can't see the wisdom in this.

1) show/use modifiers more often
2) produce some videos with great choreography like Step Blast

Eh, I'm probably in the minority here, but I LOVE the athletic style of Cathe's new workouts. Workouts that are more feminine often go way over the top and distract me from enjoying them. But along those lines, I can understand why the image/environment bothers you.

I wish Cathe would do an Imax 4!

Make Rhythmic Step 2.

Do a high intensity low impact floor workout and step workout (like Low Impact Circuit, I love that one).

Do a kickboxing workout with the enthusiasm and fun factor of KPC.

But mostly, just make Rhythmic Step 2.

I second Rhythmic Step 2! LOVE Rhythmic Step, one of my favorite workouts.

But she should make Imax 4 too

What IS she doing next? Does anyone know?

I would like...well, I'll probably buy anything she puts out, truth be told. But if I had my druthers i suppose low impact step and maybe some new weight work with never before seen moves!
