Days 14 and 15 completed. I love the neck stretch in 14 - something about the dragon, where you look into the palms then stretch the arms and look away. Much more enjoyable and effective than the usual head rolling one. Sure enough, the head rolling is back in 15.

Day 16 done! (I have to admit, I'm not crazy about the "spinal cord breathing." I did other moves.)

I feel the same way. Once or twice is okay but after that I'm done.

I like it but five or six is enough.

I read somewhere at VF that an exercise that goes on and on is what makes it "medical qigong." Clearing out and aligning those meridians, or something to that effect.

Day 17 completed. Rolling head neck stretches! No more please.

I can see that about the repetition. It can also be meditative if you're not impatient with it like I am.

I did days 8 and 9 yesterday.

Day 17 - done! I like full body shaking/bouncing. My cloudy hands used to be like lead but I feel good about how far I’ve come, although I did get distracted for a bit! 🤪
