Good morning and Happy Moan Day. I hope those who celebrate had a happy Mother's Day. My yesterday featured:

~ Lee Holden 30 Day Challenge - Day 8
~ A Kassandra restorative yin
~ GYM for 20/20/20 recumbent/elliptical/recumbent
~ 5,327 steps

Thank you so much for the birthday wishes. We wanted to take advantage of the beautiful day and get some outdoor activity, with one exception - the unbelievable wind! I was trying to hang towels out on the line and the wind was wrapping them around me and the gusts were pushing me backward.

Make it a great day everyone!

Moan Day Greetings one and all.

This AM:
Breathwork, meditation/positive affirmations, stretching
BFR legs - wall squats, calf raises - 30 reps x 3 sets

Planning to do Lee's Monday evening class if work doesn't derail me again. Also hoping to get out for a quick mid-day walk since the weather is quite pleasant today.

Happy book hunting to Beth today.

Waves to ALL!

Hi!

No workout yesterday -- had a birthday party for my niece.

Today's Workout: Sandra's Knee Rehab set, followed by various lower body segments from Margaret Richard's Good For You. I also added in a 1-mile Leslie Sansone walk, just to see how my knees did with it, and that went well.

Waving to all!

Last Friday evening I did Jessica Smith’s 15-Minute Total Body Training from her Walk Strong 3
AND Yoga with Bird’s new 10-Minute Morning Yoga DAY 6 7 Day Morning Yoga Challenge.

This weekend was one of *those* weekends, so no workout on Saturday or Sunday. DH was prepping for a vacation with his brother, so we expected a bit of distraction with laundry, packing, etc. But on Friday, he delved into fixing a problem with our Roomba vacuum (eventually fixed and new replacement parts ordered from amazon!). Then on Saturday, he pulled the car out to rinse it off in the driveway and noticed it had trouble starting. We ended up taking it to the service center to be tested and sure enough, the battery needed to be replaced; so glad they were able to work us in and get it replaced. Then later on Saturday our printer was not printing. DH has a small eBay store, so we need to be able to print out packing slips and mailing labels. Again, I placed an order on amazon for the replacement part needed, and miraculously it was delivered on Sunday afternoon! (And I don’t have Prime.)

So hopefully everything functions well while he is out of town this week.

Today’s Workout – Kelly Coffey Meyer’s Workout #1 from Plateau Buster dvd
AND Yoga with Kassandra’s 10-Minute Morning Yoga For Hips & Lower Back.

Margot: I think we’ll see Jessica’s new ones available around mid- to late-May. But the sooner the better! I’ve been saving an amazon gift card for these since last Christmas!

Paine: I will likely have the whole summer off from work, but it is possible I’ll have some work from home tasks in late July or early August.

Oh, and one more stress event on Saturday: I got a bill for my Medicare that looked like $500 for ONE month! I called and found out that it was for a Quarter, so 3 months. That I can handle, but I freaked for a moment. The bill said the time was for 6/01 to 6/30, but that amount will cover 3 months, not just June.

Good morning all! Moan Day was just that. I accomplished day 9 of my Lee Holden challenge but felt progressively worse and more fatigued as the day wore on. Allergies? Autoimmune? Who knows. I'll try to perk up today.

I'm meeting my niece, and my grandniece who is moving back home from Vermont! for lunch later so I better cram some work into my schedule.

Everyone have a wonderful spring day.
