I’m looking for information for training legs with weights vs Plyometrics. Does anyone have any knowledge/link to articles of safely training legs with weights and Plyometrics? Like should they be combined in the same session and if so should you be doing weights first or plyo first? Or something like what Cathe does in her Plyo Legs workouts alternating weights and cardio? And if you are doing Plyo, can you do it 2 days in a row? Can you do cardio the next day that includes Plyo moves? Thanks!
