(This is the first time I completed the 90 minute workout in one session, but I also lowered the intensity of some of the moves.)

Congrats! I've only done the whole 90 minutes once, and that was a while ago. I usually stop around the 60 minute mark.

Thanks Wendy! I usually stop at the 60 minute mark as well. I thought that if I took the intensity down a notch, I would be able to finish the entire workout.

Gilad's Express Workouts -- the upper body segments (which I have on DVD but is also available on YouTube for streaming via the Discovery channel). Wow. I usually did this workout pre-pandemie at work when I had limited dumbbells at the studio/gym and would just make-do, but I did this today at home with my full array of dumbbells and went heavier, and boy oh boy... I was really hoping for the last few reps to be done and I paused twice to lower my weights. Very comprehensive routine, no dread (unless you heavy up!), great scenery, good music and crew. What more can you ask for? I was thinking this would be a bit easier than my usual Cathe upper body routines but I was wrong
