I've posted on several other threads how I lost over 40 lbs post menopause. It was definitely dietary changes that did it, mainly portion control and limiting sweets/simple carbs, nothing too complicated. I didn't do T-Tapp but I did daily brisk walking and occasional MR/Core Fusion type workouts. So definitely not killer workouts. I've also maintained the weight loss for 4 years now with this same gentler approach. HTH
