Hmmm, doesn't work for me. I tend to carry my weight on my lower body, and I have lower-than-average estrogen levels, and I have to be very proactive with managing stress because I have issues with my cortisol getting out of whack.
Maybe I'm the exception that proves the rule...

For the longest time I thought I was an apple but now I think I'm a square. It's not that bad. Whenever I gain weight, it is evenly distributed on my body. No one ever notices. Even though I'm only 5'4", people often guess I'm 20-30 lbs less than my actual weight. Usually weight gain is really obvious on short people.

See I'm like that too only I call it an hourglass (or in my case an overweight hourglass ). A square is a different shape altogether. I saw a truly square-shaped person once and it was definitely unusual and memorable. That person was the shape of a television set.
