My favorites are Lastics, Advanced Lastics and TangoFlex. Since doing these 3 on a regular basis for a month or so,I have seen great improvement in the flexibility of my legs and hips. Bendy Body was was too advanced for me right now, but hopefully I can use in the future.

My all-time favorite is the stretch segments on Denise Beatty's Fitness Fix DVDs (same upper body and lower body ones on each of her three DVDs) -- 10 mins and effective... most efficient routine ever! And her foam rolling segment is excellent too.

You’ve just named my 2 favourite stretches, so I feel confident we have similar tastes. I’ve been experimenting with YouTube instructors lately, and for short add in stretch routines I really like GrowingAnnanas. Her “Hit It Harder” series has stretches every Sunday (Days 7, 14, 21 and 28). I particularly like Day 7, and also the standalone “Full Body Stretch Mobility Routine”, which is her and a friend in front of a lovely lakefront.

I also really enjoy the YouTube channel Mr & Mrs Muscle - they have a playlist of several stretches that are all great.

I need to just start going through ones I have and trying them, just looking for direction toward a good starting point!
Tamilee's total stretch for beginners is the stretch I reach for the most. I also like this one from PopSugar: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qC79...index=2&t=343s

Cathe

I use Cathe's extended stretch from her Lite Series. 10 and 12 minutes, and always leave me feeling calm and stretched.

Thank you all for your great suggestions! I will be checking out the ones I don't have and revisiting Denise Beatty's, which I own but haven't done in ages. I appreciate everyone's input!

Nice music, great stretches, and I feel fabulous when I'm done!
Thanks, Wendy, for mentioning this stretch. I did it this morning after my Yvette class (she never stretches enough for me) and really enjoyed it! Love that it includes mobility too!

Chose this one to try today. It felt nice and was very similar to my usual post-run yoga routine. I feel relaxed now. Thanks!
