When I did the 12 minute Foundation Training YouTube video, I felt taller all day long, and I knew that my posture had improved. I've been doing the shorter videos, one a day, since Kimf posted the first video.
Glad to be helpful.

I've had a similar experience with spinal decompression and alignment videos, Demeris. I stopped growing at 14, but then gained a half an inch in my measured height in my 30s.

That 12 min. Foundation video is gold! And intense...whew!

So, when he says "brace your back" what exactly am I going for here? I've been engaging my glutes/hams/pelvic floor...but I don't really actually feel I'm bracing my back. Any tips?

I've been struggling with lower back pain for several weeks. Last night, I was in quite a bit of pain, so I figured I'd give this one a try:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=vmhu-y...nFfxtu&index=3
(the 4 min prone decompression video on YouTube.)

Wowza! It didn't feel too challenging (don't get me wrong, I was shaking a bit), but once I stood up, I immediately felt relief. I'm definitely going to keep this on a regular rotation. (I've been doing the 12 min founder, but honestly, it may be causing some back pain. Maybe my core isn't strong enough yet...but I do love how it burns out the glutes!)
