Fun Question!

These would be my most used instructors in 2020:
  • Cathe/Cathe Live (106x)
  • Inner Dimensions Yoga (Mostly Travis Eliot 84x)
  • Yvette Bachman (54x)
  • Michelle Goldstein (mainly her Yin Yoga class 39x)
  • Kelly Coffey Meyer (20x)
  • Heather Robertson (19x)
And other random YT instructors...

My most used instructors were The Firm and Cathe for strength, Ellen and Jessica for other.

My most used new instructor is our own Jackie B for stengthen and stretch workouts, doing 3-4 of her Zoom classes a week.

Do people keep spreadsheets so they can easily get these counts? I log my workouts by hand on a calendar. I would have to count and write down totals.

I keep my workouts on a calendar, but I do not go to the trouble of counting.

I also track on a calendar though why? Because I never go back and count like this, so what is the point? I don't know, but intuitively I'm pretty sure it's:

1. Cathe
2. Udaya - Rudy, Vytas, Emily-Clare Hill, etc.
3. walking youtube - Pahla, Lucy Windham-Reed, etc.

I definitely make note of my yearly count of days exercised and have for many many years.

Fun thread!

I just use the Just the Workouts Check Ins and go by what I think I did the most of. I used to keep a calendar, but I stopped.

I am using that coloring page, that was posted on GD for this year - I think that will be a cute visual of my workouts but will not have details of instructors, etc.

Mainly I walked outdoors for exercise & mental health during the pandemic. Most used videos:
  • KCM, by far
  • Do Yoga With Me website
  • I also did the Wellthon app (Joshua Kozak from HASFit) for 2 months; loved it!

Other, but nothing really to add up: Jessica Smith, HASFit, my own strength routines.
