3 p.m.: I did Cathe’s Perfect 30, Perfect HIIT, Low Impact, and Perfect Flow, Mobility. It was a PERFECT 60 minutes-just what I needed to start off the New Year in a positive, healthy way!

I am thankful for this Marathon, for all of you who participated, for all my VFer friends, and for Wendy, who keeps VF alive.

I wish you all a New Year of good health, luck, and togetherness!

1pm: I did a 10 mile bike ride and travis elliot yin yoga for 30 mins.

Checking in! I did Cathe's LITE Metabolic Blast plus the calorie crusher add-on for a great 60 mins. This was fun! Happy New Year everyone!!!

So at 4 I joined txhsmom by doing something similar as she was planning by doing JS total stretch deep stretch and Beach pilates plus tai chi.

Then at 6 I did JS high energy walk to do something similar as Vantreesta.

Take us all the way to the finish line VFers!

At 4 PM - I did

Pahla B - Walk Off the Weight - Day 1 (low impact walking and cardio) - 25 minutes + Pahla's walking cooldown stretch add on
Jessica Valant Pilates - 10 Minute Pilates for Legs & Hips
Jessica Smith - Simply Stretch: Floor Stretch - 25 minutes

fanofladyvols and I coordinated our 4 PM workouts, sort of...
