classic collage tidbits

i was reading my old collage catalogs. the oldest one i have was one that a co-worker had given me, sometime around 1991 or so. it was black and white on the inside, and small, like reader's digest size.

my very first catalog of my own was in 1996. i think i got reacquainted with collage via VF and the original Firm forum at the time, and placed an order. i think i saw their ads in Shape magazine too.

my question today is, when did collage start providing clips? i'm guessing it would be when their website was launched, but i can't remember when that was.
