I agree with everyone's suggestions above. In addition I would recommend increasing your water/liquid intake. If I drink a 8 - 12oz glass of water ( I prefer mine room temperature) first thing in the morning, before each meal and several times in the afternoon I find I don't get hungry as quickly and often eat less.

For me, it's duration of the exercise more than intensity or type of workout. If I could work out 90 minutes a day, better yet two hours, I could probably lose without changing my eating.

I found it's really critical for me to do a "clean fast" -- that is, water only (for me), no cream/articial sweeteners/etc. It actually makes it so much easier! When I was adding in cream, I felt hungry sooner. Water only makes it very easy for me to go longer (after the first few days of course). Good luck!

(oh, and if you need inspiration, try listening to the "Intermittent Fasting Stories" podcast.)
