I am always amazed at how much content is available online. I don't know that I'd look at anyone as "less generous". We are definitely blessed, though...we have so much online, for free.

Sydney Cummings and Tracy Steen offer free YT workouts every day. They are well done and great instruction. Sometimes, Sydney's form isn't that good, but boy she has some great metabolic weight workouts. Tracy Steen too. I just don't like hearing motivational talk or constant chatter, but I can turn the voice down and play my own music. It works for me. Sydney does most of her talking at the end of her video, thankfully. What I like about Tracy and Heather Robertson (another good one), is they list on the top of the screen what moves you are going to do. Heather has really no vocals and she can play some ok music. |

Dansique Fitness Anges Pilates is wonderful. Travis Eliot has been sharing several workouts on YouTube, including Detox from his latest set, Level Up. Alo Yoga

Thanks for all the suggestions. In the spirit of the season I appreciate that people are sticking with the folks who are most generous rather than tearing down those who - for whatever reason - aren’t.
