Step up after beginner workouts/postnatal

Asking for a friend of mine who had a baby a few months ago.

I lent her a few of my beginner/intermediate workouts: Erin O'Brien's postnatal one; Leslie; KCM's 'Start Here', Cindy Crawford's 'A New Dimension', PowerFit; Tracy Anderson's post-preg ones and so on. But she's outgrown these and needs something more challenging (formerly she was heavily into weightlifting at the gym).

With a little one, she only has about 30/45 mins and not much home equipment (dumbbells I think, maybe a few bands?)

What would you say is the next step up? Anything welcome, even sets (I have quite a few so I may already have them for her.)

TIA!

Thanks! I have all of those apart from Amy Dixon so could let her try them. Might be too much of a step up? Not sure....
