Any Good New Kickboxing Vids Out There?

I've been out of the video fitness game for awhile due to a frozen shoulder which lasted a year (!) and a bout of depression over the loss of a friend which drained my inspiration to workout completely.

So I'm not sure what's been released in the last two years. I'm sorted on the strength front but I'm looking for a kickboxing workout that isn't too 'dancey' (choreography is my enemy) but gives a good workout in maybe 30-45 mins.

Any suggestions will be appreciated!

Sorry to hear you've had a tough time. You may like Patrick Goudeau's Kickbox burn, it's my favourite kickboxing workout, it's funny and not to dancer.

I am so very sorry for what you've been going through. I don't have any additional suggestions, but I will post if I think of anything.

The Patrick G. dvd is chaptered by ten minute segments, so you can customize it to whatever length you need.

I'm not sure about the live on stage format though. Seemed a bit too 'whoop whoop' for me lol

If you are looking for a system, Beachbody's Combat might fill the bill.

For nondancy kickboxing I like the new Patrick, that was already suggested.

I love Ilaria's PowerStrike 6 ( I wasn't crazy about 5 but like 4) & Susan Chung's Rapid Fire workouts.

I also really like Tracey Staehle's Cardio Kickbox Challenge and Mary has it for $9.99.
