For those with RKS, how are you using it (rotationally, sporadically, etc)?

For those who have RKS, how are you using it? Many who have it have had it for weeks or maybe even a month or two so it'll be nice to know how it's being used, especially currently.

I was really lucky by getting RKS through trade but it didn't include the poster that came with it (which I assume shows a rotation). Without it, I'm not sure to just do the workouts in order or how best to use them. Do you do a formal rotation (however long in duration)? Do you do the workouts sporadically, like maybe one of them a week or two? Do you do them randomly to mix things up? How many days a week do you use them?

Btw, it'd be great to see the poster it came with. Would there happen to be a place to view it online? Thanks in advance!

the poster just showed the exercises....

the rotation was a separate sheet and it's basically:

workout out on monday, tuesday, thursday and friday... do the workouts in order (so 1 on monday, 2 on tuesday, 3 on thur, 4 on friday, 5 on mon...)

OH.... and to answer your other question:

i do my own rotation... do two workouts plus add workout 1.... so except for the first day of the rotation i guess i actually do 3 workouts each day!

day 1: workouts 1 & 2
day 2: workouts 3, 4 & 1
day 3: workouts 5, 6 & 1

i do RKS workouts every other day, doing something non weighted or light weights on the off RKS days (like KCM's TLC, or a kickbox, or even a brook benton, harper, or katami aerobic/light kettlebell workout)

OH.... and on the final day i haven't added on workout 1 after the snatch-fest since the first time i did a rotation.... so that day i do 15 & 16 but add something else on that doesn't require holding a KB or weight.... like a core workout!

I did it 4x per week (M, T, Th, F) and did 1-4 first week 5-8 second week and so on. When I start it again (maybe next week) I am going to do RKS/P57 and boxing and am going to do them 2x per week (Tues and Thurs) and do 30 mins boxing after.
