While I thought Mixtreme was fine I don't ever reach for it after I tried each workout once (which is too bad because I was craving for more Dream Bodyish workouts). Some like Mixtreme because it isn't as fast paced. I think that is why I didn't like it. It was too slow and I didn't feel like it was as varied as Dream Body. Mixtreme felt bland to me (perhaps the white background contributed to that).
As far as which Dream Body I like better is hard to say. From each series I have my favorites. While I enjoy them all my favorites from each series are:

I really love Dream Body and what it does for my body when I use them consistently. They are hard. They are fast paced. They do talk non-stop. But if I can't keep up I go a bit slower. I play my own music (even with the first series-I just turn down the t.v. a bit and I can still hear the instructor but not their music because it is kind of quiet to begin with). My own tunes distracts me from all the chatter!
