Personally, I could never get into Tae Bo. The uneven reps (one entire punch or kick sequence skipped on the other arm or leg), the constant counting by Shelley Counts-a-Lot (who, despite her impeccable form and admirable strength, is a little too enthusiastic IMO) and crew, frenetic pace, appearance that the choreography is made up as the workout goes along, and Billy's occasional "Hold It!"s all just grate mah nerves.
And don't forget the lack of mirror cueing! (I don't mind non-mirrored cueing for Yoga and Pilates, but any other workout and it drives me up the wall
)
