Virtual Active- Bit Gym

So I'm kicking myself in the butt because I posted years ago about Virtual Active lifetime membership from kickstarter a few years ago, I paid and then backed out last minute because finances were tight. These now include Cardio Coach-Sean O'Malley and it's a year for $59. I did Cardio Coach 4 today at the gym on my ipad and it was an amazing workout. Cardio Coach along with Virtual Active Scenes made the hour go by so fast and I haven't pushed myself like that in years. So I'm happy that they have the $59 deal but ticked that I didn't invest in the lifetime deal. Anyway I wanted to share the love......

I love the Bitgym app, great price. I bought 2 lifetime subscriptions during its Kickstarter promotion (one for me and one for DH). I love that they have added new virtual active videos on a regular basis. And of course the guided tours and the Cardio Coaches have been a big plus.

Highly recommended.

I'm another one who has the Founder's Lifetime subscription and I'm so happy that they've added the Cardio Coach videos I also love the new interface. I'm so happy that they have the "guided" options, too! That's something I was really missing with Virtual Active going the downloads-only route.

ETA: I reviewed the app on my blog, although it was a while ago so it was before they added the Cardio Coach series or the guided options:

When you say guided do you mean guided walks or runs through cities and parks etc? What about the information walking series they did?

By guided I mean when you hear the trainer telling you what to do (ie., "speed up now", "put some resistance on for this hill"). He/she also gives you information about where you are and landmarks you pass, which I Some people don't want all this and just prefer to walk/run/ride at their own pace to the music or ambient/nature sounds.

I've never tried that information series, which I think was called Compass? Or Connect?
