I did Marilu Henner's Fit & Firm Pilates Made Simple (~25 min). I also did a short dance workout before and yoga after.

Marisa Tomei has a workout DVD called Core&Curves. My daughter bought this for me. She uses a loop resistance band, which comes with the DVD. She works with a trainer, Key Son, in the workout. I have not done this yet but I am teaching a class using resistance bands so I need to do this one for more ideas.

Today was Strong & Limber for Life with Margaret Richard. It's one of her easier programs. I'm all about easy with so much gardening at hand. Luckily, I finished planting the last of the fruit trees last night

Anyone know how long her television show lasted?
