chocolate chip cookie dough chocolate bark recipe

I subscribe to the food blog "Picky Palate" and just received this recipe. This looks dangerously good!

Here is a link to the eggless cookie dough recipe you need to prepare:

Cookie Dough Chocolate Bark

Prep time: 10 min | Cook time: 0 min | Total time: 10 min

Ingredients

12 ounce bag chocolate melts, I used Ghirardelli
1 cup mini M and M’s

Eggless Cookie Dough Recipe

Directions

Line a 9×11 inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place chocolate melts into a large heat proof bowl and microwave according to package directions. Stir until creamy and smooth. Transfer to prepared baking sheet. Take small pieces of prepared cookie dough and gently press into melted chocolate. Sprinkle mini M and M’s over melted chocolate. Let set and harden for at least 30 minutes then cut or break into pieces. Serve room temperature.

Makes 20 Servings

The recipe has a link to a picture of chocolate melts. They are disc shaped and made by Ghiardelli.

You are very welcome! I've never actually seen those chocolate candy discs at the store. I will have to hunt them down I am sure craft stores may have them in the Wilton brand, but I love Ghiardelli chocolate and would like to use that brand.

ETA: Walmart and World Market are out of stock online. The only place I seem to be able to find them is Amazon.

Yes, I would want the Ghiardelli too. I was hoping they aren't too hard to find, but that doesn't sound like the case I haven't attempted looking locally yet.

I have not tried any local stores either. I am thinking a grocery chain near us (Wegmans) may have them, but I'm avoiding the shopping center because it's totally crazy this time of year. I may order from Amazon since we have Prime.
