The site isn't loading (for me) right now, probably too much traffic, but the news just said to check the Red Cross web site to connect with runners

I work six blocks from the explosion/finish line and our office building has just been locked to the public as a precaution.

It's a scary/sad day here in Boston. I just heard they found two more bombs on the marathon route that are being dismantled now.

Praying all our friends and relatives that were either running or spectating are safe.

Watching the News coverage now and have been texting a friend about it since it happened. This is so tragic and heartbreaking. Sometimes the coverage reminds me of 911 without all the dust and falling buildings. I personally have no doubt at all that this is clearly a terrorist attack. What a sad day.....

My brother ran today and was still hanging out in the area of the explosions only five minutes before they went off. He and his wife have been trying to get away as quickly as possible on foot since public transportation has been stopped. So scary.

I take Blue Line, it's running. Hope your hubby gets home safely. What line does he take? I think the Green line is shutdown.

OMG how horrific! We are all safe but were right there and felt the explosions in our room @ Copley Square. Do pray for this situatin!
