Here's an easy way to do it: Type the text you want displayed in the link, for example VF and Forum software FAQs. Highlight that text, copy your link, click on the Insert Link button, and paste the link. You should then have the text you want displayed, VF and Forum software FAQs, instead of something that looks like this: http://forum.videofitness.com/forumdisplay.php?f=26. Hope that makes sense.

Thanks, Kath.
I have tried before and haven't been able to do it, but now that you have nicely written it all out, I will know where to find the directions. I will try it this weekend when I have some time.

Insanity is rampant on this forum.
But if they are talking about a program, it is a Beach Body program/system put out by Shaun T. You can go to beachbody.com and watch the infomercial.

Here's one to add
TNTC - Too numerous to count I believe it's origin was the microbiology lab, its a standard abreviation in that context. They count number of colonies on a petrie plate or under a microscope and report the number within a given area.....it is is overgrown with organisms....it's...it's TNTC. Scientific types have taken the abbreviation and used it in other contexts now. How many reps in that Jari Love workout?......hm IDK.....TNTC |

It's an old school VF thing. This is the only place I've ever heard it, back when VF was on the Fitness Online board.
