I'd also add: If I like your DVD, I'll be doing it again - so I don't need to have you introduce a new (often very simple) move at super-slow pace several times over. On both sides.

Spinning DVDs should not be allowed to have the music on low volume.

Actually, perhaps all workout DVDs should have a minimum volume.
