Good morning!
I didn’t see a new thread so I jumped in. We are back & in Victoria visiting with the family. We had a belated birthday celebration for June last night and head home tomorrow after we watch Moira’s soccer game.

Waves to all!

Pam, December is definitely a wonderful-smelling month!!!

Hope all is well with everyone. It's been a tiring but okay week; I'll try catch up more soon.

Flow and Yin with Donna Helm-Yost (Yin Yoga practice, first 45 minutes)

Today our grandsons are going to help set up the Christmas train in our house. They love playing with that train. Our 8 year old grandson drew a map of where he wanted the train to go from our family room, past the kitchen to the entry way in our house.

Pam, thank you for starting our December thread!

Hi!

Yogapam: Thanks for starting us off this month. Glad to hear you are back home safe and sound!

The last few days I've been continuing my PT exercises twice a day for my hurt left knee, along with lots of TAWs (Tiny Aimless Walks). I was at the gym today as well, using the stationary bike and some of the weight machines for the lower body and core. It was seven weeks today when I tweaked my knee. Recovery is happening, slowly but surely. I see my physical therapist on Monday, when I expect to get some new exercises.

Linda: I'm sorry you've had a rocky time. It wouldn't surprise me if you end up providing a home for another kitty in need.

Jeanette: Enjoy that new grandbaby!

Waving to all!

Quick check in: I have not been doing a whole lot exercise-wise, mainly walking and a bit of gentle rebounding. Feeling stressed and on day two of a headache/neckache. I'm leaving tonight for Switzerland to attend a conference and will be gone all week. I'm actually looking forward to the trip because it is generally a good meeting and my work 'family' will be there too, but it is still stressful.

Linda, I'm sorry about MM. The reason I don't have a pet right now is because I can't bear the thought of saying goodbye to another one.

Waves to everyone and will check in when I return!

Gale, I think traveling is almost always stressful - still, I hope there are plenty of fun times in store for you and maybe a bit of respite from the things stressing you at home.

Sandra, that's great you have been able to re-introduce tiny walks!

Jeannette, congrats on becoming a grandparent!

Carolyn, almost there now!!!

Had a pretty light week overall this week. Was thinking about doing the new sample workout with Shaun T, but 1) I was exhausted, and 2) I ruled it out b/c it seems way above where I want to work. He's not doing body building competitions - good for him, but I don't really like that look and thought he was pretty perfect before.

I kept getting the message that "The server is too busy" and I couldn't read the forum or post. I hope this post goes through...

Today I'm running errands and doing food prep for the week.

Gale, wow I hope you enjoy your trip to Switzerland! I have never been there. I'll be interested in hearing about it when you get back.

I'm waving to everyone!

I've been getting those messages too. Usually if I try again in a few minutes I can post.
