WHFN Kickbutt/Fitprime categories for 90DR

I am curious if anyone has broken down the titles in the WHFN Kickbutt and FitPrime workouts in order to use them within the 90DR Plug and Play option?

Fit Prime Metaboost - as a Tortoise
Fit Prime Fast Cheetah Kick Butt - Don't have the WHFN version but the FitPrime version is a Hare
Fit Prime Pump - as a Tortoise
Fit Prime Strong Bear (New) Kick Butt - Don't have the WHFN version but the FitPrime version is a Tortoise
Fit Prime Steamin’ Cardio Kick Butt - as Cardio

List of all the whfn workouts:

I'd like to see a rotation using all 6 in a week without overtraining (all 6 Kickbutt in a week & another rotation with all 6 Fitprime in a week). Can that be done with these sets? Or would it be better to split each set into 2 weeks?

These are the workouts:
Kickbutt Steamin Cardio, Heidi Tanner, 2005
Kickbutt Push Pull, Heidi Tanner, Kimberly Spreen, 2005
Kickbutt Floor Burn, Tamela Hastie, 2005
Kickbutt Crunch Time, Tamela Hastie, 2005
Kickbutt Fast Cheetah, Heidi Tanner, Kimberly Spreen, 2005
Kickbutt Strong Bear, Keli Roberts, 2005

Fitprime Flexposture, Tamela Hastie, 2005
FitPrime Lean, Keli Roberts, 2005
Fitprime Lower Body Burn, Melissa Grill, 2005
Fitprime Metaboost, Heidi Tanner, 2005
FitPrime Pump, Heidi Tanner, 2005
Fitprime Upper Body Burn, Keli Roberts, 2005

Is the 90 Day Plug & Play the original Firm 90 Day Calendar with "plug and play" options?

I hadn't thought about using the WHFN workouts in that template, but it is a great idea!

It is. I was thinking it might be nice to use these workouts alongside all the other ones, for some variety and intensity changes.

if you go to the "combinations and rotations" forum, i added another thread with the F90DR link from Anna's Fitness Favorites website. it's a PDF so you can download it.

this was the one that came with some of the DVDs from the original BBH editions of the VHS workouts. i kept my hardcopy but it's nice to have a digital version!

link to thread in Combinations/Rotations forum:
http://www.videofitness.com/~vfwnk/f...d.php?t=232775

many VFers have used the entire "Firm Family + Cousins*" to substitute into the F90DR for ingenious reasons:
- original BBH workouts and Parts workouts lacked cardio options. in fact, when i did the F90DR i subbed the Core Cardio 1/2 workouts with Gin Miller and Karen Voight and various other cardio. CC1/CC2 were unpopular too for being choppy, etc.

- some titles were difficult to acquire and many people owned just the essential Firm-brand workouts to complete the rotation. due to this, many people subbed heavily.

*Firm Family + Cousins:
BBH firms
FitPrime
Tracie Long
WHFN
BSS1-BSS4
Pink Firms

all of the above have been classified into their Tortoise, Hare, etc designations so that people could substitute at will.

thread regarding Pink Firms classifications:
http://www.videofitness.com/~vfwnk/f...d.php?t=174235

another useful post from Bubbles from one of the threads - this allows you to use Cathe, KCM, Beachbody etc to substitute:

Cardio: all cardio (with light weights for increasing intensity, not strength);
Total Sculpt: full body strength
