What are you favorites in these categories. After a break I'm resubscribing, and want to know what workouts I should check out

#359 - Pumped Up Lower Body
#360 - Pumped Up Upper Body
#361 - Cardio Weight Mash Up
#381 - Plyo Legs Low Impact

Pure Weights:
#302 - Burn Sets Back, Chest, Shoulders
#304 - Burn Sets Biceps, Triceps
#305 - Burn Sets Express Legs Heavy Weight (blooper in one set but easy to modify after the first time)
#309 - Push Pull Total Body Heavy Weight
#340 - Double Trouble (one of my favorites that I’ve done many times)
#351 - Intense Upper Body
#382 - Wicked Upper Body

Cardio:
#319 - Low Impact Cardio Sweat Plus Core

I'm seriously considering subscribing. Is there a way to at least see titles there first, or do I just do a month and cancel? I don't see a trial membership either. I'm looking for complete upper body workouts that are 30 minutes or less. Not splits, not total body strength.

I love Cathe Live so much, it's almost all I do anymore! I rarely find one I don't like.

Some of my faves are:

#24 Butts and Gutts
#25 Strong Upper Body (I used to do Pyramid Upper Body often, but this one replaced it. It's a fantastic upper body weight workout!)
#33 Lean Lower Body (I just found this one the other day and I really felt it!)
