Push- pull- swing challenge beginning April 12th ...any other VFers participating?

It's through Lauren Brooks and has sheets to download for tracking your progress.

I'll be starting and am excited to start. Anyone else?

I love these challenges because I really notice improvement in form and/or strength in the exercise even though I take longer than the challenge timeframe because I need more rest days. I have done her squat and single leg deadlift and my form is fire now.

I'm paging through all the sheets; it's all very confusing. But I hope to do it!

Firm dancer..is it the options that qualify for.the push, pull, or swing?

Or the daily breakdowns you find confusing?

Yayyy! Have you decided which moves to concentrate on during the challenge?

These are what I'm going to do:
Push : single press bell overhead
Pull: inverted row
Swing: one arm swing

Thanks for posting this. I enjoy these challenges.
I may very well do this instead of doing Dasha’s Scorcher series in April.

I plan on doing the challenge,

Push I will do the presses
Pull I plan on doing the rows

Swings / deadlifts I plan on mixing both in.

Won’t be back at the office till Monday to print. Doing a remodel at home, and no printer here. Lauren is pretty generous. Hoping it’s up on Monday.
