On a whim, I purchased the download and just finished the Legs section. It is definitely muscle building -- with slow movements. Before I ordered I had some hesitation about this Robb person - , but I think he is great.

I had a brief email exchange with Jari last night - I had purchased her rotation guide (a download) and had been charged shipping by mistake. I emailed asking for a refund and Jari responded at 9:30 or so. She was really sweet by the way.

Jari said that Jacked was intended to be used with heavier weights - that it was much more controlled and slower.

Nice story about the email exchange! Jari does seem really sweet. I was a member of her forum years ago, and she wished me a happy birthday, which led to a brief chat about hair dye and looking younger than our ages.

I hope "more controlled and slower" is a new direction for Jari. Love her workouts, but my joints have rebelled against the high-rep stuff. I can't quite bring myself to get rid of RTTC, though, and hold out hope that I can do that one again someday.

Just did the full workout. It is a total body slow and heavy. I love it!

All these comments make me really want to get this workout. I have plenty of higher rep dvds so a slow and heavy workout is very appealing!

I'm interested! My favorite Jari is still her first which is somewhat slow(er) and heavy, for Jari that is.

ETA - And WTH, does "Robb" even have a last name?
