I recognize so many ladies on the infomercial from the original Firm Forum. I was so happy for those ladies to be picked for the infomercial.

I'm gonna dig my workouts out. I still have and use my "fanny lifter"

but I thought they were two different things.

I bought these from the infomercial in 2002/3. One of my first VHS workout purchases. I don't have the DVDs anymore, but I still have the Fanny Lifter!

I think the idea was when you lose fat and gain muscle you are turning fat into muscle

Good Heavens! That’s a blurry me in the red and white top and black tights before you hit play. The infomercial was my 1.5 seconds of fame since that’s about how long I was visible. (I wasn’t featured. I was just a background firm believer. )

That was such a fun trip!

I still love the firm though. They were the ones who got me into seriously working out at home with weights
