Tina - congratulations on staying consistent!

It's no small accomplishment
I did one of the rotations (I don't remember which one) back when it was first released, and it's a good program. There's some cheesiness to it, but the workouts are solid. Bum bum and High and Tight are the standouts, but the workouts with weights (the one that comes with the basic set and the advanced) are really good, through full body routines IMO.
I too saw a bigger improvement in my stomach, which was a nice surprise
