Who Still Uses The FIRM 6-Pack?

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I actually forgot about them. I ran across one of Amazon and it snowballed me finding all of them brand new and ordering them. I'm not one to venture beyond what Anna B. produced but I did like these when they first came out. I used them regularly ... until of course, something new came on the scene.

Anyone still use these now and then? I'm feeling quite nostalgic and decided to do a WHFN Fitprime and 6-pack rotation.

I still have them on VHS and use them now and then for me it is very nostalgic. I do believe they were produced by Anna Benson.

They were not an AB production. They came out after she had to sell the FIRM due to legal issues and a lawsuit. Either Goodtimes or Gaiam had them at this point.

Anna's last production was the Blast Series:

Maximum Cardio
Cardio Burn
Power Cardio
which led to:
Cardio Step Mix
Core Cardio I and II
Bust and Butt

I have them on DVD. My knees really appreciate Lower Body II, led by Libby.

Cynthia, first of all, thank you for enabling me to try 21DF. I made it through and feel better for doing it. That being said, it caused me to pause and reflex on what I enjoy and feel motivated to do. It is using my Firms, WHFN, and even some Firms that go beyond Anna B. (can't believe I just said that). While I considered my time well spent with 21DF, I must say, there were days where dread factor set in. I'm excited to do Libby's floor work again and workout with faces that are so familiar.

I just did Super Cardio Sculpt on Thursday. These were Goodtimes productions from 2002. Anna's last original footage workouts to be released were Super Cardio and Super Sculpting, released in 1999. They were taped at the same time as Cardio Burn, etc, but were released later in the year. There were more compilations released in 2000.

it's funny this thread came up.

i needed to do a step workout, and i did Calorie Killer with Nancy Tucker. This came out around the BSS2 as an add-on. it uses the FL and the stick. it's short too - about 40 minutes end to end. according to my notes inside of the case, i last did this 10 years ago in 2006!

Nancy is such an awesome cue-er. i forgot what this workout was like, and it was like doing it for the first time. but nancy's cueing was so good, i rarely missed a step.

i've got Allie's Maximum Cardio plus Abs queued up next since i wanted to do an extra 20 min of cardio.

I have a few others on my wishlist at Amazon from that era, I'm considering. Calorie Killer is one. A couple of the Jiggle Frees as well.

Lower Body Sculpt II is one of my favorites. The stretch is awesome.
