Any updates?

I recently bought the zip trainer and I'm loving it. I wish they would go back to some good old 1 hr workouts though.

I did the first week of the 90 day rotation this week. I did throw in a little other cardio one day because it does feel a little weights heavy. I'm enjoying the blast from the past.
