Hmm. Good question. I think so. Tough Tape 1 seemed like all leg lifts to me. It was brutal. But there is upper body mixed in. Standing Legs didn't feel like that with the leg lifts, though it is a killer, it's 95% lower body work.

Yes, sorry. They call them leg presses, leg lifts I think - a couple different names when all they mean is they're about to ruin the next 3 minutes of your life stepping on and off this box.

I thought so...leg lifts are done when you're on the floor.
