The low impact Charlene Prickett workouts are a good sub for walking. There's Low Impact, High Intensity plus the DVDs that contain her TV shows. Kathy Smith's old March to Fitness and her Matrix Power Walk are both good too. The marching one has more light dance than marching.

I use dance cardio to fill that niche - mostly Jennifer Galardi's Dance Off the Inches stuff. I also like Andrea Leigh Rogers' 10 Minute Solution Dance Your Body Thin.

I highly recommend the chi ball workouts in the Caribbean workout series! They're low impact, and they use a small ball. They're a very interesting mix of light cardio and light toning. Plus, the scenery is gorgeous (filmed in Barbados!), and the music is very pleasant. Every time I do these workouts, I get a light cardio effect, but I feel relaxed, peaceful, and happy at the end.

Can you tell me which ones they are? They sound good and just what I would enjoy. I remember when they were on TV.

I have a couple of Leslies, but I dont do very much. They are boring to me. I run, intervals on treadmill, or ellptical for cardio.

My favorites in this category are oldies, mostly from The Method:

Method Dance to Fitness (particularly the section led by Lisa Wheeler)
Method Dynamic Cardio (also led by Lisa Wheeler)

I used to do more walking videos like Leslie, but now I like to get outside and just walk or jog.
