So old can mean old from then,or the 00's,or post Goodtimes to Firmbelievers I guess. I cherish them all, even tho' there are way more than 45 now! I try to count mine and just can't settle on a number, but can safely say I have over 100 Firms which thrills me. My roation was chosen, and eventually was posted Nov 2001... I still love The Firm!
I remember when there were 45 Firms! 23 originals and 22 compilations.

I like old Firms, but not the Classics. I prefer the BBH era ones. My favorites are:
Firm Cardio
Firm Strength
Fat Blaster
Tough Cardio Mix
Super Cardio
Maximum Body Shaping

I remember that too. When I bought Vol. 1, it came with a postcard inviting me to pre-order Vol. 4.

I remember preordering Vol. 2. Am I showing my age?

I used to have over 40 Firms! I unloaded a lot and just kept by favorites...I still have a nice little variety that fills everything.

Volume 1
Tough Tape 2
Total Body Shaping Mix
Bust & Butt (hate the name)
Firm Cardio
Firm Strength
Cardio Step Mix
Tough Cardio Mix
More 5 Day Abs
Super Cardio (only kept this because it's programmable)
Floor Legs (only kept for 20 Questions about Fitness segment)

I also have Cardio Sculpt Blaster, Express Cardio & Aerobic Body Shaping, they are newer but still good!

I love the "old" Firms i.e. the BBH ones, where Anna's hand was in everything and so evident. I have all of the Firms - old and new - with the exception of perhaps 1 or 2 of the new ones...

After having met Anna several times (along with Mark & Cynthia, but especially Anna) when I do one of "her" workouts, I can really feel her presence in them. They were so important to her, WE were so important to her, the first time I met her, she gave me a huge hug and with tears in her eyes thanked me for coming and for buying her workouts. She was one of a kind.

The post-BBH Firms do not have that same feeling whatsoever to me, although I still buy and do them.. They may as well be a different series except I've met some of the instructors in the new ones....but the BBH ones have a certain magic to them.

I love the feel of the old Firms but don't do them much anymore because they tend to have a lot of unsafe moves than I can't do anymore. They have a lot of upright rows and tend to overwork the shoulders in general. I still do them, but I modify a lot.

No one seems to care about production and music the way that Anna did. It's too bad they go embroiled in so many issues that they had to sell the Firm.

Tracey Long has continued the legacy to some extent, and I was really hoping that Nancy Tucker would make some videos.

I agree that Tracie Long has retained some of the feel of the old Firm videos. I like her stuff.
