I use and enjoy most of the older Firms. I looked back at my list that lists by intensity and enjoyment. There are too many to reply here that I gave an 8, 9, or 10 for enjoyment.

The Firms have a strong sentimental value for me. I was already teaching aerobics when volume 1 was released. The Firm was different at the time. The production values have not been matched since; only Anna's FitPrime/KickButts DVDs.

I prefer the old Firms; but I'm also instructor loyal. I love anything Tracie, Alli, Jen (I really miss Jen), Naaancyy, Lisa (miss Lisa Kay too, what is she up to?), Susan...I even buy the pink firms if they're led by Allie or Kelsie. I also really like BSS 1 and the six-thirty minute add-on workouts for that series. After that they all blend together to me; though I do like some of the more recent workouts IF I like the instructor.

Not many: Maximum Body Shaping, Fat Blaster, Super Cardio Mix & Calorie Killer 2 (read here that was previously titled something else). All of the others, I've gotten rid of (did not use them, over the years, this was the same for Anna's later Fitprime releases, just kept Steamin' Cardio w/ Kelsie).

I haven't stopped doing the Firm since I started in 1997. I have added others but the Firm old and new is always a favorite. I am doing strength with Pam today. My favorite old ones are Cardio step mix, super sculpt, super cardio and Heidi's cardio!

Yup, me too!

Firm original volumes 1-6
Firm parts videos (the cardio routines TAM, NSTA, TCM)
Total Body Shaping Mix
The cross-trainers (Firm Strength & Firm Cardio)
Maximum Cardio w/Carissa Foster
The tri-trainers (Fat Blaster, Max Body Shaping, Better Body & Buns)
Super Cardio Mix
Super Sculpting

There are more but these 18 are the first to pop into my head.

I still do the classics, and a lot of the pre-GT Firms. Today I did Crosstrainers/Upper Body Split. Tomorrow I plan on doing Lower Body Split.

I could not have put it any better! I am not a huge fan of the pink Firms either, but I have most of them.

Yes-what's not to like?

Glad you had so much fun I recently laughed (at self) when unearthing an old forum thread(from the sparky firm list days) because it was from late 3000,and we were asked to help out with monthly rotations. I wrote to Tara (Judge) and Cathy Sovde that ''I have ALL 45 FIRM videos plus Firm Points and 20 Questions'' laughs on me! Such olden days when there were 45 titles! So old can mean old from then,or the 00's,or post Goodtimes to Firmbelievers I guess. I cherish them all, even tho' there are way more than 45 now! I try to count mine and just can't settle on a number, but can safely say I have over 100 Firms which thrills me. My roation was chosen, and eventually was posted Nov 2001... I still love The Firm!

Great story and yes, way more than 45! But I assume you mean late 2000?
