Please help me find Ellen Barrett 3 week rotation?

I found it last weekend by accident and now I can't find it! It is a three week rotation that is pure Ellen and it includes her FitTV Slow Robics and Zen Sculpt too.

If anyone can help me locate it I will truly appreciate!

Kandy - Did you see it here on VF? I've done Ellen rotations on my own before, and I've maybe posted them here buried in some Ellen thread, but I've never seen anything done by anyone else that I recall. What would be cool is Ellen putting a rotation together for us! I'll keep my eyes peeled and on this thread to see if anyone comes up with it.

Hi Shelley,

I saw it here on VF, and it may even have been by you! It was three weeks of solid Ellen and the first two Sundays were rest days but the third Sunday was Yogini and it was the 2nd time Yogini appeared in the three weeks. I only remember that much partly because I have not done that one yet. I searched every way that I know how to and I can't find it. I found a two week rotation but not the three week one?

I am not very successful at following a rotation but I've been successful at other things lately so I'd like to give this a shot, I think I can do it this time! I just love her and how I feel after her workouts

Thanks for your offer to help!

I've been rotating Ellen's workouts, and she's so much fun! I just pick one and alternate them by strength, cardio, stretch days. So, if I've used light weights from one, I just make sure to do another the next day that doesn't use weights. Or, if one's more lower body focused, I do another that tends to be upper body.

The only one I haven't tried of hers is ZenSculpt.

Fat Burning Fusion I could do everyday, I love it so much!

Sundari: I know that your two weeks is part of what I remember. Thank you! I think that I might have wanted yours and another one week rotation with slow-robics and zen sculpt and my WW Walking Kit incorporated into the third week?

Thanks so much for helping me out here! I will try your two week rotation with a third week compilation of my own! I just can't stop singing her praises!

How often do you incorporate her workouts into your rotation? Do you follow this schedule periodically? It looks great to me!

I know what you mean

I wrote FitTV a few days ago and they replied with "we will take your request regarding the sale of All Star Workouts into consideration" however the reply felt canned and insincere. I can't imagine why they would not offer for sale something that is successful on their station and I'm sure I can't be the only request that they have received?
