chi balls?

Hi...

I did a search for chi ball, and found some info about the method... However, as i don't think i will ever be able to find chi balls (where DO you get them?), do you guys have any suggestions about what i can use to sub for them?

Are they weighted? The Caribbean workouts have a couple of chi ball segments, and i really like them, but i don't know what to use to sub for chi balls...

I need to get something small enough to hold in one hand...

About how heavy are these for anyone who has them?

Thanks in advance for your help!

I have that Caribbean workout DVD with the chi ball routine. Anyway, I use one of those 3 pound weighted balls by danskin that you can get at Walmart. I also use that for the two TLT's that use the small medicine balls (although the 5 pounds version for the TLT's) .

They are weightless so you can use any cheap similarly palm sized playball in their place. Also their scent disappears very quickly if exposed to air without additional scented oil so no need to actually buy the real thing.
