Last night I decided to do the hip add on from this DVD. I don't do floor work and she went to the floor pretty early on in this one. Since I wanted something for my tight, sore hips I decided to do one of the 4 Targeted 15 Minute Workouts on Essentrics The Ultimate Stretch Workouts. I will stick with this one. It felt really good and I am less sore this morning. Also, there is a 15 minute Unlock Feet Ankles and Calves on this DVD that I will have to look at again.
