If looking for just the workout sheets from Body Beast, I just google "Body Beast Workout Sheets" when I need more blank sheets. I think most of them (if not all) are there:

Those aren’t really “hypertrophy” workouts, are they, more towards endurance. I guess that is because they assume limited dumbbell weight. I don’t doubt you could get some nice aesthetic results doing that, though. |
