Lift and Shift new session?

Did Jessica start a new group for Lift and Shift in October or was it last month? I never get emails from her anymore and there's not much on the website or her FB page.

June was the last official session. The check-in at the Lift and Shift website is still going for the June session. Some are still doing the workouts and still checking in and Jessica is replying. She also asked if people were interested in starting another rotation on November 1, and it sounds like another group will do the rotation again. I don’t know if that means it’s available for purchase again, she didn’t mention it. She did say that she hoped the new workouts would be out the end of January.

She sent out an email about three weeks ago about her new workouts coming up. There is a thread here at VF about it.
