Ellen on Daily Burn

I signed up for a trial of Daily Burn so I could try Ellen Barrett's new workouts on there. I LOVE them! I've done four so far. They of course aren't super intense, but I did get a good sweat my heart rate was up. I love the Pilates feel to them.

The last thing I need is another streaming service, but I do love Ellen. What workouts does she have up there so I can determine if I should splurge?

She's also on Grokker if anyone signed up on that website. I signed up years ago when someone on here mentioned them, and that you could sign up for free for a limited time. Thanks to whoever that was!

I signed up for a free trial which is 30 days. The workouts are around 30 min. Three of them use light weights, I used 5's and 3's. One is a cardio -weight circuit, the other two are fusion type workouts, holding the weights the whole time. There is one cardio, it was fun and invigorating. One is barre yoga fusion and one is a cardio body weight circuit.

They are faster paced than her streaming workouts. I wish I could download them. I don't think I'll pay for daily burn just for 6 workouts.

I did the same. I signed up for the free trial...at that time she had 2 posted. I just don't need another streaming membership.
