Nah..not often now. If I can go in the dark and lie down, the pain goes to dull throb and I muddle through. They were much worse, and occurred frequently when I ate things with red dye or used artificial sweeteners, or even stevia. When I eliminated all that, they diminished tremendously. My husband's convinced that I'm accidentally exposed to it when it occurs now.

That's great you found your triggers! My biggest one is dehydration, especially when combined with sun. When we were at Ren Fests last wknd I didn't drink enough water throughout the wknd and then did a tough workout on Monday so I think that triggered it. I knew I hadn't drank enough water but didn't consider that before the workout (did I already say this before??).
