Jeannine that's interesting because I have noticed the more barefoot I have gone in exercising (and doing knee strengthening exercises from Jill Miller and others) the less my knee has bothered me.

I don't even have to wear my copperfit sleeve to lift anymore.

ETA: I almost exclusively wear Timberland boots or Birkenstocks out and about though
