Travel Fit is my favorite band workout. Others I like include:

> Absolute Beginners: Cardio Dance Interval Workout - It is lower intensity, but I like it on a "tired day".
> Tone Every Inch - You use weights and then you add bands to the moves
> Michelle Dozois: Your Body Breakthru - Your Best Body Circuit
> Your Body Breakthru: Slim, Strong & Sexy Body Sculpt

It's an older workout, but X Train Fit Toning with Karen Gentz might work. Now Karen does the workout with weights, but one of the 2 background exercisers does the entire thing with resistance tubing. It's basic resistance training.

There is a separate ab section that is Pilates based that doesn't use any weights or tubing. You could skip it or use it as you see fit.

Cathe also has the Bodyweight & Bands DVD from the LITE series. As I recall, it's pretty challenging.

All of Stephanie Huckabee's Power Fit workouts use bands, but I'm not sure how easy they are to find anymore.

Cathe's Basic Step and Body Fusion has two band workouts that are 20 minutes each, one for upper and one for lower body.

you're welcome! be sure to click on the tags at the bottom of this thread to see all of the suggestions.

i wish "bands" were one of the filters/categories in the VF review section - it's a highly requested and often-used piece of equipment in many of the workouts:

Miyagi: Wax on, right hand. Wax off, left hand. Wax on, wax off. Breathe in through nose, out the mouth. Wax on, wax off. Don't forget to breathe, very important.

disclosure: in the years 2002-2004 i had a professional relationship with a distributor of fitness videos; see profile.
