Liz, yep stupid surrenders, lol! I hope you enjoy them! I really did like the re-do of 21 Day Fix a lot. Yeah, the cast will grow on you.

I logged into BOD and see that they uploaded an additional workout at the bottom called "Obsessed with Fix" that looks like a "tie-in" to 80 DO. I previewed it last night on my iPad while I watched tv and it looks pretty good. I might try it out later in the week.

You'll have to come back and pick up where I left off on the 21 Day Fix Extreme descriptions (if I don't get back to it).

I did day 2 (lower body) today. I loved the exercises but couldn't figure out what was bugging me about these workouts until about halfway through.

With the one minute format, it's hard to know how much tie is left. I 80do I knew how many reps there were. I wish there was a timer on the screen.

Kathy- after your comments about extreme being tough just for the sake of being tough doesn't give me much hope that I will make it farther than you did.
